Mary Ann Brandt found a spontaneous and satisfying method of creative expression when she tried finger painting. She is seen at work using a variety of strokes to create subtle and sophisticated images including faces, figures, landscapes and abstract paintings. Comments of critics and Brandt's own interpretations of her work are heard over music of Bach, Borodin, Elgar, Musorgsky, Khachaturian and Lyadov. Presenting an ancient technique and evocative imagery, this 11 minute video demonstrates that finger painting is no longer just for kids.
